We simply perform the repair as outlined by Framework Computer Inc. Any faults or problems that may arise from this modification are between Framework Computer Inc and you, the owner of the laptop and do not involve iFixOrFree its employees or agents. Furthermore by checking this box you acknowledge that your Framework Laptop is an 11th Gen Mainboard model that has the specific issue this modification fixes, ie not charging the RTC battery. Furthermore you understand that modification will not be perfomed and you still be charged the full amount of the repair if you ship a laptop that for any reason does not qualify for this repair. IT IS CONTINGENT ON YOU THE PURCHASER OF THIS SERVICE TO ASCERTAIN THAT YOUR LAPTOP QUALIFIES AS NEEDING THIS SERVICE NOT IFIXORFREE OR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS.

The purchaser of this service is responsible for cost of shipping properly packaging the the laptop for shipment to iFixOrFree. iFixOrFree takes no responsibility for laptops received with damage. Damaged laptops will not be repaired and will be returned to owner.

Forms received outside of my normal business hours will not be processed until the following business day. I close early on Saturdays (2pm AZ time) and am closed on Sundays.

Mail in repairs have to be paid for in advance including shipping charge to ship laptop back. The cost of shipping back is normally $15 to $30 in the continental US.
